What you will do

• Build and maintain revenue forecasts incorporating churn, downsell, and ARR trends.
• Support the monthly reporting cycle, including variance analysis and revenue reporting.
• Serve as the lead analyst on expense forecasting for assigned departments.
• Investigate and explain drivers of variance between actuals and budget.
• Package product-level revenue and cost data for business partners.
• Support the quarterly reforecast and annual budget cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant FP&A, accounting, or analytics experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to partner directly with non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of explaining financial variances.

• Experience with recurring-revenue or subscription-based business models.
