What you will do

• Direct all daily business and operational functions of the flagship retail store to ensure mission alignment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and drive sales generation.
• Manage the store's P&L, monthly budgets, and financial planning to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead, train, and motivate the management team, providing regular performance feedback and evaluations.
• Collaborate with corporate partners in Brand, Marketing, and Inventory Control to optimize trends and replenishment.
• Maintain a high-quality brand ambience and a safe environment for all customers and staff.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in retail management, with preference for premium or high-end environments.
• BA/BS degree in Business Management preferred.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Los Angeles, California.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
