What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse metal and bus fabrication activities across all locations.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and material tracking.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and maintain organized storage systems.
• Support production teams by ensuring timely material supply.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
• Must have 4 years of total warehouse experience.
• Proven experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.

Nice to have

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
