What you will do

• Operate reach and forklift equipment for warehouse maneuvers.
• Execute daily receiving, picking, staging, and shipping activities.
• Perform quality control and inventory auditing tasks.
• Propose and lead initiatives for process improvements within the distribution center.
• Enforce health and safety best practices in the workplace.
• Take accountability for operational results and propose action plans for improvements.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• 2+ years of experience operating reach and forklift equipment in a production environment.
• Mandatory valid forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
