What you will do

• Evaluate and refine manufacturing workflows, equipment layouts, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Design, install, test, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve production inefficiencies.
• Analyze root causes of process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop testing methods to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process flows, CAD drawings, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
• Knowledge of machining and assembly practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
