What you will do
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mail processing equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Resolve hardware, software, and system issues to minimize customer downtime.
- Support the installation, configuration, and upgrades of automated mail processing systems.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, maintenance records, and compliance reporting.
- Manage on-call and emergency response activities to restore equipment functionality.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support or maintenance of automated electromechanical equipment, preferably in logistics or mail industries.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Electromechanical Technician (e.g., ETA, IPC), and OSHA 10/30.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain customer-required site clearances.
- Familiarity with Windows-based systems, networking fundamentals, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
