What you will do

• Install and maintain weather station hardware at client sites across the US.
• Perform construction inspections, testing, and condition assessments.
• Maintain accurate photo documentation, installation records, and inventory reports.
• Execute mechanical maintenance tasks and manage warehouse organization.
• Act as a front-line representative for the company during client site visits.
• Balance technical requirements with constructability and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Madison, WI.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time across the US.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet insurance requirements for company vehicles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights or on irregular surfaces.
• Experience working remotely or with partially remote teams.
