TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Bastrop, TX area. This is an onsite position.

What you will do

• Monitor readiness metrics and lead process improvements to ensure operational excellence during crisis events.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize account handoffs and information flow during emergency responses.
• Gather and analyze data on response performance and operational bottlenecks to support decision-making.
• Develop and refine external engagement frameworks and long-term relationships with response agencies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for global emergency stakeholders to understand mission-critical objectives.
• Translate field insights into actionable product improvements for Starlink services.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience in emergency or crisis response.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or crisis response coordination.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer or external-facing role.
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed for emergency operations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience in military, firefighting, law enforcement, or emergency management.
• Experience working with disaster response frameworks like Incident Command Systems (ICS).
• Experience with Starlink equipment and systems.
• Experience working in international crisis response environments.
