Location: Hybrid: Onsite 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from San Mateo, CA

Salary: $143,565 – $177,345 USD

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges.
• Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals.
• Gather requirements effectively to clearly define and document customer problems.
• Build and present compelling demonstrations of the hirify.global product suite.
• Articulate the value of hirify.global solutions to a variety of audiences.
• Evangelize the refreshing user experience offered by the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA to meet onsite expectations 3x/week.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is preferred.
