Location: Must reside in CA, CO, OR, WA, or TX to support Pacific Time Zone. Not eligible for candidates residing within the city limits of Chicago.

Salary: Base $140,000 per year with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $200,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the full pre-sales technical experience, guiding prospects through discovery, product demos, and architecture design.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to align technical value with business outcomes and drive channel growth.
• Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure long-term adoption in multi-tenant environments.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between Sales and Product to influence the roadmap based on MSP-specific feedback.
• Build reusable technical assets, including lab environments, demo flows, and scripts to scale the SE model.
• Represent the company at MSP and IT channel events and conferences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting supporting MSP or enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in CA, CO, OR, WA, or TX.
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Windows environments, with familiarity in Linux/macOS and networking concepts (DNS, VPNs, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, and/or VBScript.

Nice to have

• Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or cloud architecture.
• Bachelor's degree.
