Compensation: $100,000 – $136,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design technical solutions for complex customer builds, mapping requirements to data models and API workflows.
• Partner with sales and implementation teams to pressure-test feasibility and manage project scope.
• Define and evolve integration patterns, turning one-off solutions into reusable playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface field signal and influence platform capabilities.
• Guide execution across projects, reviewing technical approaches and unblocking design decisions.
• Investigate customer environments and third-party systems to diagnose issues and de-risk designs.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, or technical project management.
• Proven track record designing integrations across ERPs, CRMs, billing, or payment systems.
• Strong systems and API fluency with the ability to reason about data models and edge cases.
• Experience surfacing customer signal to influence product and engineering priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a startup environment with evolving priorities and high customer expectations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and scripting (Python) for prototyping and validation.
• Background in finance, accounting, or revenue operations (e.g., ASC 606).
• Experience integrating with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
