What you will do

• Own and engineer the company's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operational stability.
• Integrate IT, Engineering, and HR systems to streamline cross-team processes.
• Automate manual IT workflows to make provisioning repeatable and lifecycle management autonomous.
• Manage the endpoint management system and implement consistent security policies.
• Collaborate with Security and DevOps teams to build a scalable foundation for automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Deep experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SCIM provisioning in SaaS-heavy environments.
• Expertise in managing systems that handle PHI within HIPAA-regulated or similarly strict environments.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools, specifically NinjaOne.
• Proficiency in treating infrastructure as code using Python or Go.
• Experience with SaaS administration, OAuth-grant, and access governance.
