What you will do

• Process vendor invoices ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Manage the funding of international subsidiaries to meet operating expense needs.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process employee expense reports through Expensify.
• Perform monthly AP sub-ledger to general ledger reconciliations and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support month-end close deliverables tied to accounts payable and expense activity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa and Expensify is required.
• Must be based in Toronto and available for hybrid office work (Tue, Wed, Thu).
• Strong reconciliation skills and high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced AP environments.
• Previous experience supporting month-end close processes.
