What you will do

• Design and develop innovative ML algorithms to power a personalized shopping experience.
• Deploy solutions into production, taking full ownership of performance and scalability.
• Identify and improve retrieval and reranking systems by replacing business logic with data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced environment with flat hierarchies to drive measurable business results.
• Establish standards and best practices for deploying machine learning models within the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL skills for analytical and transactional databases.
• Proven experience building and deploying ML solutions that deliver tangible business value.
• Strong understanding of data structures and tools for large datasets (pandas, numpy, dask, arrow, polars).
• Experience designing, building, and managing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based model training platforms such as GCP Vertex AI or Amazon SageMaker.
• English: C1 (Excellent written and verbal communication) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI and agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Pydantic AI).
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks (MLFlow, Kubeflow) and Docker.
• Experience with deep learning and Computer Vision libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
• Familiarity with BigQuery, time series, or graph neural network models.
• Experience building interactive dashboards using Streamlit, Voila, or Gradio.
