What you will do

• Design, build, and own AI/ML models integrated directly into the production SaaS product.
• Manage the full model lifecycle from problem framing and training to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain production inference APIs and microservices with defined latency and reliability SLAs.
• Implement RAG systems and LLM-powered features as core product capabilities.
• Build and manage MLOps infrastructure, including training pipelines, model registries, and automated retraining triggers.
• Collaborate with product leadership to identify and scope new AI/ML opportunities for product differentiation.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping ML models to production.
• Proven track record of taking models from idea to production-serving endpoints.
• Fluency in the full model lifecycle, including feature engineering, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases and RAG implementations in production.
• Strong MLOps background with automated retraining and drift detection.
• Background in fraud detection, loyalty platforms, or AdTech.
• Experience with API development and microservices architecture.
