What you will do

• Coordinate the dispatching of third-party trucks to transport raw products to the plant.
• Monitor inbound trucks and communicate with drivers, plant management, and providers regarding delays or issues.
• Analyze transportation and delivery data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Assign trucks to meet daily production demands and manage on-site trailers.
• Perform raw receiving and harvest reconciliation tasks.
• Participate in safety engagement processes, including huddles and area assessments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of raw product and storage processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Maps.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable.
