What you will do

• Provide direct patient care focusing on evidence-based obesity treatment and chronic weight management.
• Manage a personal patient panel and collaborate with Registered Dietitians.
• Conduct treatment planning and medical management for complex cases.
• Prescribe non-controlled obesity medications and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Participate in a rotating after-hours call schedule with clinical leadership.
• Support professional development and clinical growth of advanced practice professionals.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Obesity Medicine (ABOM) or Endocrinology.
• Must be licensed to practice and prescribe in CT, DE, ME, NH, NJ, PA, RI, or VT.
• Must hold an LOQ (Letter of Qualification) with the IMLC.
• Experience with telemedicine visits and evidence-based obesity management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.
• Commitment to high-quality, empathetic medical care.

Nice to have

• Medical fluency in Spanish.
• Prior experience working with advanced practice professionals.
• Credentialing with multiple insurance payers.
