What you will do

• Own and manage the SolarWinds platform, including upkeep, node management, and customer support.
• Maintain integration between monitoring tools and the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Create and update business application dashboards, performance maps, and technical diagrams.
• Proactively monitor and implement security guidance from CISA to ensure environment compliance.
• Manage alert configurations and reporting to ensure operational thresholds are met.
• Coordinate and update the technical roadmap for monitoring tools every six months.

Requirements

• Must have active Public Trust clearance or be eligible.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SolarWinds implementation and development.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow and ITSM platform workflows.
• 4-year degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC at least once per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, or Infoblox.
