Operations Technician

What you will do

• Manage site security functions including visitor access, badge processing, and access control enrollment.
• Monitor and acknowledge BMS and NMS alerts, creating tickets for critical alarms.
• Process shipping, receiving, and site access requests via NetSuite.
• Assist with network circuit troubleshooting and service order installations.
• Perform hands-on hardware installation, including cabinets, fiber trays, and cable management.
• Provide remote hands services for clients, including equipment reboots and power management.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Security Operations, Data Center Operations, or Customer Service.
• Knowledge of security system hardware, data center monitoring applications, and help desk tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
