What you will do

• Prepare and monitor replenishment reports to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Reconcile physical and systematic inventory discrepancies to maintain high data accuracy.
• Coordinate daily activities between Inbound and Outbound departments.
• Perform physical and systematic audits for replenishment transactions.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain daily KPIs and participate in 5S and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for up to 8 hours.
• Must be available to work one mandatory Saturday per month.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Knowledge of lot control procedures.
