What you will do

• Perform cycle counts and bin audits in stockrooms, production areas, and offsite warehouses to ensure alignment with ERP records.
• Manage ERP transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide material handling support, including replenishment and processing returns (RMA, canceled jobs).
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting on cycle count results and variances.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the materials function.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in a warehousing and manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of end-to-end cycle count ownership.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/WMS preferred).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must be based in and work onsite at the Fort Worth, Texas location.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing-driven inventory control environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
