Inventory Specialist

What you will do

• Perform cycle counts across stockroom, production areas, and offsite warehouse locations, aligning physical counts with ERP records.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc bin audits to ensure inventory organization and accuracy.
• Manage inventory transactions in ERP systems, including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjustments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on cycle count results, variances, and inventory status.
• Support materials handling: pull materials, replenish, and process returns (RMA, canceled jobs, misplaced materials).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required (relevant work experience may be considered in absence of a degree).
• 4+ years of experience in a warehousing and manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of end-to-end cycle count ownership.
• Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems (SAP/WMS preferred).
• Basic math and computer skills to perform ERP transactions and inventory tasks.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
