What you will do

• Own endpoint management across Windows and macOS, including provisioning and MDM policies (Intune, PDQ).
• Administer core identity and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Automate repetitive IT workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and APIs.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding.
• Partner with Security to ensure audit readiness for HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST.
• Create clear documentation and runbooks to ensure IT operations scale with company growth.

Requirements

• Experience owning corporate IT systems and leading complex technology initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-first Windows and macOS environments and MDM tools (Intune, Jamf, Mosyle, etc.).
• Strong grasp of SSO, SCIM, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management via Okta or M365.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation, specifically PowerShell.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues across devices, networks, and security tooling.
• Must be based in the United States to comply with healthcare regulations and benefits.

• Experience in highly regulated industries like healthcare or financial services.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, or HITRUST compliance frameworks.
• Experience with zero-trust controls and endpoint compliance.
• Knowledge of IT budgeting and vendor management.
