What you will do

• Gather and analyze market intelligence from primary and secondary sources to track raw material and component pricing.
• Build and maintain correlations between raw material indices and component-level pricing.
• Develop should-cost models and benchmarking frameworks to support supplier negotiations.
• Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
• Advise on the design and execution of commodity strategies aligned with market dynamics.
• Communicate insights clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience or Associate’s degree with 6-8 years of experience in market intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain strategy.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with PowerBI, R, or Python is preferred.
• Background in energy, battery systems, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience presenting to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
