Senior Financial Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Services and Supply Chain functions, building financial models and delivering insights through dashboards, variance analysis, and senior-leadership reporting. Focus on solving complex, often ambiguous planning problems in a fast-changing post-merger environment with an emphasis on translating operational drivers into financial outcomes.

What you will do

• Serve as an independent financial partner to Services and Supply Chain leaders, aligning on strategic goals and supporting high-impact decisions.
• Develop financial models for business planning, evaluate strategic initiatives, and run complex ad hoc analyses.
• Own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting across multiple functions, refining assumptions and improving forecast accuracy.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, uncover trends, and lead variance analysis.
• Create and present reporting packages for senior leadership, explaining complex or sensitive results during business reviews.
• Analyze complex datasets and connect financial results to operational drivers across Supply Chain, Procurement, and Services Implementation.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, or public and managerial accounting, with a track record of independent work and leading complex analyses.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to translate data into clear stories and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with Datarails, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and/or Power BI.
• Experience with Claude, Copilot, or other AI tools.
• Experience supporting Implementation and/or Supply Chain functions.
