What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery, vision, and roadmap for the Salesforce instance.
- Define target solution architecture, platform standards, and design guardrails.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and technical requirements.
- Prioritize the Salesforce backlog, balancing business demand, platform health, and technical debt.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making across stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Establish and enforce governance and release management processes to ensure high-quality deployments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in CRM technology, specifically Salesforce or similar leading platforms.
- Proven product ownership mindset with the ability to own a technology domain end-to-end.
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to define solution direction and design trade-offs.
- Experience in a customer support or customer success environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
