What you will do

• Own and execute the Salesforce platform roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
• Serve as the primary product owner, managing the backlog, prioritization, and feature delivery.
• Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with business teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate new Salesforce products and features to drive innovation and value creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Must be based in the East Coast US region.
• Proven experience as a product owner or in a similar platform ownership role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and platform capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex technology solutions using Agile or SAFe methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or CPQ solutions.
• Background in B2B or manufacturing sales environments.
• Experience working with offshore or third-party delivery teams.
• Executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
