Compensation: $120,000–$200,000 USD base salary + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Architect and map company-wide systems and workflows to integrate AI agents and shared knowledge bases.
• Build, deploy, and iterate on specialized internal AI tools and data schemas.
• Lead training and education initiatives to help teammates become AI-proficient.
• Define and enforce internal AI and data-security policies in collaboration with leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI efforts, tracking adoption, costs, and impact across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hands-on experience building, debugging, and deploying real-world AI projects.
• Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to re-envision workflows across an organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and non-technical teammates.
• Experience in enabling others through learning and development, operations, or transformation work.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ambiguity.
