Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, apps, and agents (Claude, Dust, Zapier) to eliminate manual lift across People operations.
• Own the Dust agent architecture, developing skills and connectors to support recruiters and People partners.
• Automate the recruiting funnel, including sourcing outreach, interview scheduling, and offer-to-hire handoffs.
• Develop technical solutions using a tool stack including Ashby, TeamOhana, Juicebox, LinkedIn, and Workday.
• Prototype AI-powered reporting pipelines and evaluate new AI tools to reduce manual effort.
• Structure and maintain knowledge bases (Confluence/Guru) to power AI agents and increase team AI fluency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Hands-on experience building AI workflows, agents, or automations in a business operations context.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar AI builder/operator environments.
• Proven ability to translate manual business processes into scalable internal tools and adopted workflows.
• Experience working within HR, Recruiting, or People functions with non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical builder mindset capable of shipping solutions independently without a full engineering team.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ATS-driven workflows (Ashby or similar).
• Analytical or data science background.
