TL;DR
Manager - Corporate FP&A (Gamedev): Managing integrated companywide financial analysis and consolidation to support executive leadership with an accent on planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Playa Vista, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $89,280 – $165,168 Annual

What you will do
- Support the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and month-end close processes.
- Analyze and report on the performance of corporate support functions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate data-gathering across regions and business units to ensure alignment of key assumptions.
- Prepare high-level reporting packages for c-suite and senior leadership.
- Drive standardization and automation of financial planning systems, specifically within Hyperion.
- Assist with financial integration projects related to Microsoft.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Must be able to vary work hours to collaborate with global teammates.
Nice to have
- Experience in video game, software, technology, or entertainment industries.
- Hyperion/Essbase experience.
- Real passion for video games.
