What you will do

• Support the creation and deployment of the HR agenda for the Australia & New Zealand business.
• Implement global HR policies focusing on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Partner with first-line leaders to drive cultural, engagement, and change initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Provide targeted coaching to managers and investigate organizational concerns.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for sourcing, onboarding, and induction of high-caliber profiles.
• Manage timely payroll execution and ensure compliance with EBA and FWA legislation.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in HR or an equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience as an HR Generalist in a complex operational environment.
• Previous experience within highly industrialized or unionized industries (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, construction, transport, mining).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence business stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of HR functional areas and relevant legal issues.
• Ability to work on-site in Dandenong South, Australia.
