What you will do

• Develop the company's people strategy, HR governance framework, and operating model to support business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on workforce planning, remuneration, and succession.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations and performance management.
• Implement and improve HR policies and employment documentation in line with legislative requirements.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and transformation to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to support regional stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to manage HR for multi-site or international operations across multiple jurisdictions.
