What you will do

• Design and execute tailored adoption playbooks and change-management programs for enterprise clients.
• Act as a strategic advisor to guide legal teams toward maximum value and ROI from the platform.
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement across GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Drive sustained value through structured operating cadences, success plans, and stakeholder check-ins.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights to inform product roadmap and positioning.
• Manage the full post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or account management.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering change-management programs in large, complex organizations.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated industries.
• Strong program and project management skills with the ability to lead multi-workstream initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills capable of leading boardroom-level conversations.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Toronto office.
