What you will do

• Establish and lead a comprehensive Technology Business Management and FinOps operating model.
• Define and manage cost allocation, showback/chargeback models, and financial governance for cloud and infrastructure services.
• Develop consumption strategies that balance cost, performance, reliability, and speed of delivery.
• Build executive-level reporting and financial models to support strategic investment decisions and annual planning.
• Lead and mentor a team responsible for cost management, consumption analytics, and optimization execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and AI to drive financial discipline.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technology, infrastructure, cloud operations, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud financial management, infrastructure cost management, or TBM.
• Strong understanding of public cloud pricing models (AWS, Azure, GCP) and foundational infrastructure economics.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across global, cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• FinOps Foundation or TBM certification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with tools such as Apptio, Cloudability, CloudHealth, or Power BI.
