Bank Relationship Management Team Lead: Own and continuously develop the Group’s banking infrastructure and partner strategy across multiple operating entities with an accent on cross-border, multi-currency payments and account-level risk management. Focus on building scalable onboarding and due-diligence processes while leading treasury tooling (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging) and coordinating with Payment Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate teams.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Group’s banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across jurisdictions.
• Define and execute bank/fintech partner strategy: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with RMs.
• Manage account-level risk and diversification to ensure uninterrupted payment flows, including coordination for annual KYC and data updates.
• Build treasury infrastructure for operating companies (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FX, deposits, hedging instruments, investment modules) and drive negotiations for fees, FX rates, and credit terms.
• Lead the team and partner evaluation process; design scalable internal processes for bank sourcing, due diligence, and onboarding.
• Maintain reporting and metrics on account coverage, diversification, and tool availability across the Group.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience in international companies, banks, or IT companies.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and international business, including cross-border transactions and multi-currency payments.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage daily routines, ad-hoc tasks, and strategic goals independently.
• Proficient in Excel.
• English: B2+ required.
