What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment following safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and control system issues, including PLC-related faults, to minimize downtime.
• Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for accurate installations.
• Perform testing and inspections of electrical components to verify performance and compliance.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to proactively address potential failures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Electrical Technologist Diploma or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Industrial Electrician (442A) Certification is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at various heights (climbing stairs).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and fit test (safety-sensitive position).
