Salary: $94,700 base annually + 10% bonus + $21,392 annual benefits stipend

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end project management for the Rx Kids program, with an initial focus on Ohio operations.
- Oversee application verification, fraud monitoring, and customer service strategies to ensure operational efficiency and SLA fulfillment.
- Manage and hire field staff, including a Cleveland-based Program Associate, to deliver high-quality programming.
- Establish and maintain relationships with funders, technical partners, and community-based organizations.
- Conduct data analysis to support program delivery, research partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute external communications and storytelling strategies in coordination with partners.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States; unable to sponsor employment visas.
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or problem solving.
- Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to work with inconsistent or incomplete datasets.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work in a highly independent, self-directed manner.
- English: Fluency (C1) required.

- Experience or familiarity with maternal/child health, early childhood policy, or cash transfer domains.

Hiring process
