What you will do

• Build and manage lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Translate strategy into executable campaign briefs, audience logic, and trigger-based journeys.
• Apply AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, personalization, and next-best-action recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics to align programs with revenue goals.
• Build and optimize cross-sell programs using behavioral, firmographic, and product usage data.
• Analyze performance metrics and share actionable insights to drive continuous program improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, or marketing automation roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience building complex automated journeys with behavioral triggers and dynamic content.
• Proven track record of executing cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns with measurable impact.
• Experience using AI, predictive analytics, or personalization in marketing programs.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams.
