Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Detroit, MI or Arlington, TX (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Perform complex data analysis using structured and unstructured sources to identify trends and risks.
• Validate data accuracy and collaborate with technical teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Create and maintain business metrics, KPIs, and documentation for portfolio performance monitoring.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership using clear visualizations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar data analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting and reconciling complex data.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX for data modeling and visualization.
• Experience using Databricks for querying and transforming large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Mathematics, CS, etc.).
