What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain data models and pipelines supporting CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights.
• Partner with CX Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable data requirements.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools to provide visibility into performance and compliance health.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and documentation standards to ensure high data quality and governance.
• Automate recurring data workflows to shift the team toward self-serve analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to align on infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks).
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau for building self-serve analytics.
• Proven track record of collaborating with non-technical stakeholders in operations or compliance domains.
• Ability to responsibly utilize generative AI to drive workflow efficiency and output quality.
