Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Own the architecture and roadmap for identity and access, including SSO, SAML/OIDC federation, and SCIM provisioning.
• Lead and grow a high-caliber engineering team through regular 1:1s, direct feedback, and professional development.
• Maintain technical excellence by participating in design reviews and ensuring clean architecture and automated testing.
• Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to solve complex tenant isolation and compliance challenges.
• Drive the adoption of AI tooling within the team to improve code reviews, test generation, and development loops.
• Represent the Identity & Access domain in cross-functional roadmap decisions and architecture reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Somerville, MA for a hybrid work schedule.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on depth with OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM in enterprise environments.
• Experience building multi-tenant systems with strict tenant isolation requirements.
• Working knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and access policy across AWS and Azure.
• Active use of AI tooling in engineering practice with a clear perspective on its impact on development workflows.
