What you will do

• Contribute to the end-to-end reliability and performance of mission-critical web applications for real-time vehicle support.
• Develop frontend and backend infrastructure, including robust APIs and integration with upstream/downstream services.
• Ensure the Fleet Response platform scales to meet high reliability and functionality requirements.
• Guide cross-functional engineers on the optimal utilization of web application systems.
• Partner with SRE teams to drive global scalability and maintain high availability of real-time platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
• 4+ years of industry experience with full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency with web client architectures, specifically Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Strong intrinsic motivation for system reliability and a user-centric approach.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mountain View or San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with C++.
• Experience building high-reliability distributed systems or RPC services.
• Proven track record of successful partnerships with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical groups.
