Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular/AI)

Location: Maryland, United States. Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $260,000–$285,000 per year, plus $65,000–$71,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Provide high-side development expertise within a team-of-teams environment.
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts and develop solutions iteratively in a fast CI/CD workflow.
• Develop and maintain web applications for analytics and workflow support.
• Develop and maintain backend analytics and operate with non-relational databases.
• Interface directly with diverse teams, communicate with customers, and gather feedback on project status and results.
• Break down large tasks for team members and contribute leadership experience.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph required before applying; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.
• 12 years of experience, plus a B.S. in a technical discipline, or 16 years of experience in place of the degree.
• Extensive full-stack development experience focused on Java and Angular JavaScript.
• Experience with non-relational databases.
• Experience soliciting and applying feedback.
• Development experience in a Linux environment.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Leadership experience.

• Experience with dataflow engineering.
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI for workflow automation.
