What you will do

• Serve as the technical leader for Palantir Foundry implementations within the healthcare and kidney care sectors.
• Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions and operational engagements.
• Design and deploy production-grade batch and streaming data pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Build Workshop applications and OSDK-based applications using React and TypeScript.
• Bridge the gap between platform capabilities and unique operational contexts to drive transformational outcomes.
• Mentor other engineers and shape the technical strategy for critical client engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry.
• Proficiency in Python (PySpark, Pandas, Polars) and SQL.
• Deep understanding of the Foundry Ontology, including object types, link types, and action types.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery optimization.
• Experience with Palantir AIP (AI Platform), including AIP Logic and LLM-powered functions.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows in Model Studio.
• Background in healthcare, kidney care, or clinical operations.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ engineers in forward-deployed settings.
