Science Writing Fellow

Location: Must be able to work in-person at the New York City office at least once a week.

Salary: $2,400 per month.

What you will do

• Develop deep-dive technical articles in partnership with the Research team.
• Create interactive web visualizations to explain complex scientific concepts.
• Produce shorter content including concept primers, researcher Q&As, and annotated diagrams.
• Embed with the Research and Agent teams to shadow work and identify topic inspiration.
• Publish technical content under your own byline on the company blog.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in science writing, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Math, or related fields.
• Must be able to work in-person in New York City at least once a week.
• Proven experience with science writing and published clips.
• Experience creating interactive visualizations.
• Ability to dedicate at least 15 hours per week.
