Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Mountain View, CA (3 days per week in office)

Salary: $280k - $315k annually

What you will do

• Lead comprehensive planning and forecasting, including long-range planning (LRP), annual operating planning (AOP), and rolling quarterly forecasts.
• Develop sophisticated reporting packages for executive leadership, investors, lenders, and the Board of Directors.
• Evaluate the financial viability of new product launches, M&A, and international expansion.
• Direct the strategy, calculation, and auditing of complex sales commission plans and automated payout workflows.
• Oversee data infrastructure and centralized BI dashboards to unify SaaS metrics across all business units.
• Partner with HR, Product, Engineering, and Sales to embed data analytics into everyday decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role within high-growth SaaS or tech.
• Deep understanding of SaaS subscription models, revenue recognition, pipeline mechanics, and operational KPIs.
• Expert proficiency with Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, Xactly, Excel, and Tableau.
• Must be based in or able to work 3 days per week in the Mountain View, CA office.

Nice to have

• MBA, Master’s degree in a business field, or CPA designation.
• Background in product finance or competitive intelligence within enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of cloud markets, content collaboration, data governance, and security sectors.
