What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial interviews.
• Assess soft skills and culture fit while supporting candidates through contract signing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align candidate profiles, and collect structured feedback.
• Coordinate all stages of the hiring process and maintain candidate data in TeamTailor ATS.
• Contribute to HR initiatives including process automation and employer branding.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a product or technology company.
• Proven experience hiring for IT functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open roles.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above required.
