Director, P&C Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; onsite role supporting the plant at Bangpoo Industrial Estate.

What you will do

• Lead the full People & Culture function for the manufacturing plant.
• Advise the General Manager and leadership team on workforce planning, business priorities, organizational alignment, and transformation.
• Build a high-performing culture and drive employee engagement, communication, and DE&I initiatives.
• Oversee HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and exits.
• Maintain constructive industrial relations and partner with the Union Committee on collective labor matters.
• Identify capability gaps, develop improvement plans, and lead change and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in People & Culture, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in People & Culture or Human Resource Management.
• 10 years of management experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise HR models, HR modules, personnel administration, contracts, salary systems, insurance, welfare, and applicable labor regulations.
• Fluent English and Thai are required.
• Growth mindset, continuous learning, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
