Director, P&C Business Partner (HR)

TL;DR

Director, P&C Business Partner (HR): Overseeing all facets of human resources practices and processes for the plant with an accent on strategic P&C implementation and senior management guidance. Focus on building a high-performing work culture, managing industrial relations with the Union, and driving organizational transformation.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. Must be based in Thailand and available for onsite activities at the Bangpoo Industrial Estate, including daily Gemba walks.

What you will do

• Lead the HR function for the plant, serving as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on critical business priorities.
• Build a high-performing work culture and drive employee engagement programs to maintain high morale.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and exit processes.
• Manage a cohesive Industrial Relations environment through strong partnership and collaboration with the Union Committee.
• Drive change management and partner with leadership to implement the plant's digital transformation journey.
• Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across all talent strategies.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience in People & Culture / Human Resource Management.
• 10 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in P&C or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern HR management models and national labor laws, regulations, and policies.
• Fluency in both English and Thai is required.
