What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors to ensure operational alignment.
• Verify order processing accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
• Analyze vendor performance data and identify compliance gaps.
• Partner with internal teams to drive performance improvements and corrective action plans.
• Conduct vendor audits and maintain comprehensive compliance records.
• Update standard operating procedures and guidelines to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in vendor management or operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational capabilities.
• Experience with ecommerce or dropship models is preferred.
