What you will do

• Monitor and track live production work using proprietary systems and data tools.

• Identify trends and root causes of performance issues to propose actionable improvements.
• Create process documentation, workflow maps, and training materials.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be available for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST) and willing to provide on-call/weekend coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills for managing complex issues with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-critical environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing complex proprietary and 3rd party software solutions.
